14.18.140 Exemptions.
This chapter does not apply to the following:

D. Removal of any tree in a developed residential single-family, residential duplex,
agricultural residential, and residential hillside zoning district, except heritage, specimen
or trees planted to comply with Privacy Protection pursuant to Section 19.28 (Single
Family Residential Ordinance R-1) exce�t those planted on the affected property owners'
lot.
