OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING
MODIFICATIONS TO THE ENTRY LANDSCAPING AT RESULTS WAY CORPORATE PARK

SECTION I: PROJECT DESCRIPTION

SECTION II: FINDINGS
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino received an application for
Architectural and Site Approval, as described in this Resolution; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds:
a) That the use is in conformance with the General Plan of the City of Cupertino, and is not
detrimental to existing uses or to uses specifically permitted in the zone in which the proposed use
is to be located.
b) That the property involved is adequate in size and shape to accommodate the proposed use.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
That after careful consideration of e�chibits and testimony submitted in this matter, application no. 7-
ASA-99, is hereby approved and
That the subconclusions upon which the findings and conditions specified in this Resolution are based
and contained in the public hearing record concerning application no. 7-ASA-99 as set forth in the
Minutes of Planning Commission Meeting of June 14, 1999, and are incorporated by reference herein.
SECTION III: CONDITIONS ADMINISTERED BY THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPT.
1. APPROVED EXHIBITS
Approval is based on the Exhibits A, B, C and the Perimeter Replanting Plan submitted as part of
this application, except as may be amended by the conditions contained in this resolution.
2. SPECIFIC LANDSCAPE PLAN
The applicant shall submit a scaled and detailed landscaping plan that shall demonstrate the new
landscaped areas are sufficiently irrigated and comply with the requirements of the Xeriscape
Landscaping Ordinance should it be identified to be necessary, subj ect to approval by staff prior to
the installation of landscaping.

3. PERIMETER LANDSCAPING
The applicant shall plant 13 - 15 gallon Coast Redwood trees in the general locations noted on the
Perimeter Landscaping Plan.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14`'' day of June, 1999, at a Regular Meeting of the Planning
Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the following roll call vote:
