Reso 5047 6-ASA-99 CITY OF CUPERTINO 10300 Torre Avenue Cupertino, California 95014 RESOLUTION NO. 5047 OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING AN ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW OF MODIFICATIONS TO AN APPROVED USE PERMIT FOR A NEW 4,059 SQUARE FOOT MIXED USE ' OFFICE/COMMERICIAL/RESIDENTIAL BUILDING AT 10061 PASADENA AVENUE SECTION I: PROJECT DESCRIPTION Application No.: 6-ASA-99 Applicant: Hamid Ghazvini Location: 10061 Pasadena Avenue SECTION II: FINDINGS WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino received an application for an Architectural and Site Approval, as described in this Resolution; and , WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the changes are beneficial and compatible to the surrounding area; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That after careful consideration of maps, facts, exhibits,testimony and other evidence submitted in this � matter, Application 6-ASA-99, is here by approved; and I , That the subconclusions upon which the findings and conditions specified in this Resolution are based and contained in the public hearing record concerning Application 6-ASA-99 as set forth in the , Minutes of Planning Commission Meeting of June 14, 1999, and are incorporated by reference herein. , SECTION III: CONDITIONS ADMINISTERED BY THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPT. i 1. APPROVED EXHIBITS Approval is based on Sheets A0.0, A0.1, A1.0, A2.0, A3.0 dated May 10, 1999, except as may be amended by conditions contained in this resolution. 2. LANDSCAPING , The two palm trees on the either north and south sides of the front elevation shall remain; the center palm tree may be removed. The recommendations of the arborist (Ray Morneau, 6/7/99) shall be � implemented. An arborist shall be retained to verify that tree protection devices are in place prior ' to demolition, grading or construction. Prior to occupancy, the arborist shall submit a written report verifying that the trees are healthy and undamaged by construction.
