Reso 4996 RESOLUTION NO. 4996 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO PLANNING COMMISSION MODIFYING 7-U-81 AND 21-ASA-96 TO DELETE THE PEDESTRIAN ACCESS WALKWAY BETWEEN THE "WORLD HEADQUARTERS" LOCATED WITHIN THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF TORRE AVENUE AND RODRIQUES AVENUE WITH THE NEWLY CONSTRUCTED CCS BUILDING LOCATED ON DEANZA BOULEVARD SECTION I: FINDINGS WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino received an application from Symantec to modify 7-U-81 and 21-ASA-96 to delete the pedestrian access walkway between their existing building and the newly constructed World Headquarter building, and WHEREAS, the deletion of said walkway is consistent with the Cupertino General Plan and Heart of the City Plan. NOW, THEREFORE, the Planning Commission approves said modification based upon the conditions described below: SECTION II: CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL 1. SITE PLAN: The approval is based upon the site plan labeled Symantec World Headquarters WHQ Office Building dated 10/27/98, Sheet L 1.2 2. LANDSCAPING: The landscaping that was damaged during the construction of the CCS buildin� should be replaced consistent with the approved landscaping for the World Headquarters Building, regardless of the outcome of this application.
