FT. RESIDENCE IN UNIT 1, LOT O1 SECTION I: PROJECT DESCRIPTION Application No.: 23-ASA-98 Applicant: O'Brien Group Location: Lot 1-O 1 SECTION II: FINDINGS WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino received an application for an Architectural and Site Approval, as described in this Resolution; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposal is beneficial and compatible with the surrounding area. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That after careful consideration of maps, facts, exhibits, testimony and other evidence submitted in this matter, the application no. 23-ASA-98, is here by approved and That the subconclusions upon which the findings and conditions specified in this Resolution are based and contained in the public hearing record concerning Application 23-ASA-98, as set forth in the Minutes of Planning Commission Meeting of November 23, 1998, and are incorporated by reference herein. SECTION III: CONDITIONS ADMINISTERED BY THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPT. 1. APPROVED EXHIBITS Approval is based on the 4-sheet plan set, the color and material board and the color elevation except as may be amended by conditions contained in this resolution. 2. CHANGES TO TURRET The front entry turret shall be reduced to 23 feet high. 3. SECURITY GATES The driveway security gates shown on the colored rendering are not approved, as requested by the applicant. Resolution No. 4983 23-ASA-98 November 23, 1998 Page -2- 4. NOTICE OF FEES, DEDICATIONS, RESERVATIONS OR OTHER EXACTIONS The Conditions of Project Approval set forth herein may include certain fees, dedication requirements, reservation requirements, and other exactions. Pursuant to Government Code Section 66020(d) (1), these Conditions constitute written notice of a statement of the amount of such fees, and a description of the dedications, reservations, and other exactions. You are hereby further notified that the 90-day approval period in which you may protest these fees, dedications, reservations, and other exactions, pursuant to Government Code Section 66020(a), has begun.
