FT. RESIDENCE IN UNIT 4 (NEIGHBORHOOD 1) SECTION I: PROJECT DESCRIPTION Application No.: 15-ASA-98 Applicant: Kelly Gordon Development Corporation Location: Lot 19, Oak Valley Subdivision (former Diocese property) SECTION II: FINDINGS WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino received an application for an Architectural and Site Approval, as described in this Resolution; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the changes are beneficial and compatible with the surrounding area. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That after careful consideration of maps, facts, exhibits, testimony and other evidence submitted in this matter, the application no. 15-ASA-98, is here by approved and That the subconclusions upon which the findings and conditions specified in this Resolution are based and contained in the public hearing record concerning Application 15-ASA-98, as set forth in the Minutes of Planning Commission Meeting of September 28, 1998, and are incorporated by reference herein. SECTION III: CONDITIONS ADMINISTERED BY THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPT. 1. APPROVED EXHIBITS Approval is based on site plan sheet 1 dated August, 1998; floor plans A2.1 and A2.2; elevations A4.1 and A4.2; and Color Selections Lot 19. 2. NOTICE OF FEES DEDICATIONS. RESERVATIONS OR_OTHER EXACTIONS The Conditions of Project Approval set forth herein may include certain fees, dedication requirements, reservation requirements, and other exactions. Pursuant to Government Code Section 66020(d) (1), these Conditions constitute written notice of a statement of the amount of such fees, and a description of the dedications, reservations, and other exactions. You are hereby further notified that the 90-day approval period in which you may protest these fees, dedications, Resolution No. 4962 15-ASA-98 September 28, 1998 Page -2- reservations, and other exactions, pursuant to Government Code Section 66020(a), has begun. If you fail to file a protest within this 90-day period complying with al1 of the requirements of Section 66020, you will be legally barred from later challenging such exactions.
