Reso 4930 6-ASA-98 CITY OF CUPERTINO 10300 TORRE AVENUE Cupertino, California 95014 I RESOLUTION NO. 4930 RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL APPLICATION 6-ASA-98 REGARDING THE F1NAL SITE, ARCHITECTURAL, AND LANDSCAPING PLANS FOR A 43,500 SQUARE FOOT BUILDING AND SURROUNDING SITE AREA SECTION l: FINDINGS A. The approval is based upon the findings described in Section 19.134.080 of the Cupertino Municipal Code. SECTION II: CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL 1. RELATIONSHIP TO ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL APPLICATION 2-ASA-98: The conditions of ASA Application 2-ASA-98 remain in effect except that modification to the site plan, landscaping plan, and architectural plans approval by this application 6-ASA-98 � shall prevail. 2. Approval Exhibits: The approval is based upon the e�ibits labeled Sheets P-1 Site Plan, Sheet P-3 Preliminary Elevations, and L-1 Preliminary landscape Plan except as may be amended by additional ► conditions enumerated herein. Sheets P-1 and P-3 are dated 5-14-98. Sheet L-1 is dated 5/13/98. The applicant shall install spandral glass or a similar appearing material to mimic glass located in the two gable ends originally described in application 2-ASA-98. 3. Landscaping Modifications: The redwood trees located in the 25' wide buffer between the project and adjoining single family residences shall be 24" box. The Director of Community Development may approve the removal of one Monterey Pine and one Italian Stone Pine as identified in E�iibit A titled "Site Plan". These trees are to be replaced by three Coast Redwood trees and one Liquid Amber in 24" sized boxes in the locations identified in Exhibit B titled "Tree Replacement Site Plan". 4. Future Window knock-outs: The placement of windows in areas labeled "future window knock-out" is not approved in � conjunction with this application. The applicant must apply for an amendment of the application for consideration of additional windows.
