De Anza Boulevard SECTION II: FINDINGS WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino received an application lor Architectural and Site Approval (Sign Exception), as described in this Resolution; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the: 1) That the literal enforcement of the provisions of this title will result in restrictions inconsistent witl� i the sprit and intent of City of Cupertino Municipal Code Chapter 17.04. 2) That the granting of the exception will not result in a condition which is materially detrimental to i the public health, safety, or welfare. 3) That the exception to be granted is one that will require the least modification of the prescribed � regulations and the minimum variance that will accomplish the purpose. � NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That after careful consideration of maps, facts, exhibits, testimony and other evidence submitted in this � matter, Application No. 2-ASA-97, is hereby approved and � That the subconclusions upon which the findings and conditions specified in this Resolution arc based and contained in the public hearing record concerning Application No. 2-ASA-97 as set forth in thc ► Minutes of Planning Commission Meeting of March 10, 1997, and are incorporated by reterencc ' herein. COLORS: The approved colors for the sign are those listed on the material board from llluminart Si�ns � dated March 10, 1997. � 3. SIGN EXCEPTION LIMITATIONS The sign exception is granted to Santa Barbara Grill located at 10745 North De Anza Boulevard.
