RESOLUTION NO. 4806
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING
ADOPTION OF AN AMENDMENT TO CONSIDER HOUSING MITIGATION
REQUIREMENTS TO THE HOUSING MITIGATION MANUAL
SECTION I: FINDINGS
WHEREAS, the City of Cupertino received an application for a General Plan Amendments as
described on this Resolution; and
WHEREAS, the necessary public notices have been given in accordance with the Procedural
Ordinance of the City of Cupertino, and the Planning Commission has held a meeting to consider
the granting of a General Plan Amendment hearing; and
WHEREAS, the General Plan housing element to be amended are as shown on Exhibit A and B
and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission considered the potential environmental impacts of the
project and found they were not significant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
That after careful consideration of maps, facts, exhibits, testimony and other recommended for
approval; and
That the subconclusions upon which the findings and conditions specified in this Resolution are
based and contained in the Public Hearing record concerning Application No.: 3-GPA-97, as set
� forth in the Minutes of the Planning Commission Meeting of January 27, 1997, and are
incorporated by reference as though fully set forth herein.
