OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING AN ARCHITECTUR.AL AND SITE APPROVAL TO LOCATE
AN UNMANNED RADIO TELECOMMUNICATIONS FACILITY CONSISTING
OF 6 ANTENNAS AND TRANSMITTER EQUIPMENT ON AN EXISTING
BUILDING AT 10218 IMPERIAL AVENUE
SECTION I: PROJECT DESCRIPTION

SECTION II: FINDINGS
� WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino received an application for
Architectural and Site Approval, as described in this Resolution; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the project meets the objectives of the wireless
communications facilities ordinance:
1) To facilitate the development of a wireless communications infrastructure in the City for
commercial, public and energy uses, and;
2) To protect the health, safety, welfare and aesthetic concerns of the public.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
That after careful consideration of maps, facts, exhibits, testimony and other evidence submitted in this
matter, Application No. 15-ASA-96, is hereby approved and
That the subconclusions upon which the findings and conditions specified in this Resolution are based
and contained in the public hearing record concerning Application No. 15-ASA-96 as set forth in the
Minutes of Planning Commission Meetings of October 28 and December 9, 1996, and are incorporated
by reference herein.

1. Ap�roved Exhibits
The recommendations of approval is based on Exhibits page T-1 revision A, C-1 revision A, A-
1 revision A, A-2 revision A, A-3 revision A.
2. Parkin�
There shall be parking lot striping for 11 stalls on this site.
3. Abandonment
If after installation, the aerial is not used for its permitted purpose for a continuous period of 18
months, said aerial and associated facilities shall be removed. The applicant shall bear the
entire cost of demolition.
