OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO REQUESTING
COUNCIL APPROVAL OF SETTING REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBMITTAL BY THE
PUBLIC OF VIDEO TAPES FOR PLANNING COMMISSION REVIEW

SECTION I: RECOMMENDATIONS:
1. The maximum length of a video tape for review by the Planning Commission, either
prior to or at a Planning Commission meeting, is 5 minutes, unless this requirement is
waived by the Planning Commission.
2. If the tape is to be shown at a public hearing, it must be submitted to the City Channel
before the meeting to ensure adequate technical quality, e.g., brightness, lack of static.
Submittal must be two working days before the public hearing, unless the City
Channel waives this requirement.
3. No copyrighted material can be shown on the City Channel without having copyright
clearance.
4. No obscene or libelous material can be shown on the City Channel.

regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California,
