Reso 4707 6-ASA-96 CITY OF CUPERTINO 10300 Torre Avenue Cupertino, California 95014 RESOLUTION NO. 4707 OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A LANDSCAPING PLAN AT AN EXISTING TOWNHOUSE DEVELOPMENT SECTION I: PROJECT DESCRIPTION Application No. 6-ASA-96 Applicant: Cupertino Waterfall Homeowners Association Property Owner: Cupertino Waterfall Homeowners Association Location: 10272 Danube Drive SECTION II: FINDINGS WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino received an application for architectural review as described in this Resolution; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds the change are beneficial and compatible with the surrounding area,: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That after careful consideration of maps, facts, e�ibits, testimony and other evidence submitted in this matter, the building modifications described above are hereby approved subject to the conditions which are enumerated in this Resolution; and That the subconclusions upon which the findings and conditions specified in this Resolution are based and contained in the Public Hearing record concerning Application 6-ASA-96, as set forth in the Minutes of the Planning Commission Meeting of May 28, 1996, and are incorporated by reference herein. �ECTION III: CONDITIONS ADMiNISTERED BY THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPT. 1. APPROVED EXHIBITS Approval is based upon Sheets L-1 and L-3 dated February 10, 1996, except as may be amended by the conditions contained in this resolution. Resolution No. 4707 6-ASA-96 May 28, 1996 2. TREE RETENTION Trees 5, 8, 17, 22, 28, 29, 31, 32 and the 13 most westerly trees of 51 shall be retained. 3. ADDITIONAL TREE PLANTING Additional screening on the east property line shall be provided, with the precise tree type and location to be approved by staff. SECTION IV: CONDITIONS TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPT. 5. STREET TREES An encroachment permit shall be required for removal and replanting of street trees.
