Reso 4666 13-ASA-95 CITY OF CUPERTINO 10300 Torre Avenue Cupertino, California 95014 RESOLUTION NO. 4666 OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL FOR EXTERIOR MODIFICATIONS TO AN EXISTING BUILDING SECTION I: PROJECT DESCRIPTION Application No.: 13-ASA-95 Applicant: Norian Corp. (Dowler-Gruman Architects) Property Owner: George McKee Location: 10260 Bubb Road SECTION II: FINDINGS WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino received an application for approval to construct exterior modifications to an existing building as described in this Resolution; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the changes are beneficial and compatible with the surrounding area. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That after careful consideration of maps, facts, exhibits, testimony and other evidence submitted in this matter, the building modifications described above are hereby approved subject to the conditions which are enumerated in this Resolution; and That the subconclusions upon which the findings and conditions specified in this Resolution are based and contained in the Public Hearing record concerning Application 13-ASA-95, as set forth in the Minutes of the Planning Commission Meeting of January 8, 1996, and are incorporated by reference herein. .
