Chan Property Owner: Doctor Antonio Q. Chan Location: 10615 De Anza Boulevard SECTION II: FINDINGS WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino received an application for exterior and parking lot changes as described in this Resolution; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the changes are beneficial and compatible with the surrounding area. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That after careful consideration of maps, facts, e�iibits, testimony and other evidence submitted in this matter, the exterior and parking lot changes are here by approved; and That the subconclusions upon which the findings and conditions specified in this Resolution are based and contained in the public hearing record concerning Application 8-ASA-95 as set forth in the Minutes of Planning Commission Meeting of November 13, 1995 and are incorporated by reference herein. SECTION III: CONDITIONS ADMINISTERED BY THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPT. 1.
