OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO, APPROVING A
SIGN EXCEPTION FOR A SIGNAGE HEIGHT OF 30 INCHES, IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 17.44
SECTION I• PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Annlication 6-ASA-95 - Maxim Property Management: Requesting architectural review for a 30-inch high sibn
where 18 inches is required in accordance with Section 17.24.070(B) of the Municipal Code. The project is
located at 10001 North De Anza Boulevard.
SECTION II: FINDINGS
A. That the literal enforcement of the provisions of this ordinance will result in restrictions inconsistent
with the spirit and intent of this ordinance;
B. That the granting of the exception will not result in a condition which is materially detrimental to
the public health, safety, or welfare; and
C. That the exception to be granted is one that will require the least modification of the prescribed
regulations and the minimum variance that will accomplish the purpose.
