OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO ADOPTING AN
AMENDMENT TO THE 1993 GENERAL PLAN TO AMEND THE
LAND USE DESIGNATION FROM 20-35 TO 10-20 DWELLING LJNITS PER GROSS ACRE

SECTION I: FINDINGS
WHEREAS, the City of Cupertino received an application for a General Plan Amendment as
described on this Resolution; and
WHEREAS, the necessary public notices have been given in accordance with the Procedural
Ordinance of the City of Cupertino, and the Planning Commission has held a meeting to consider
the granting of a General Plan Amendment hearing; and
WHEREAS, the General Plan designation to be amended is the Land Use designation from 20-
35 to 10-20 dwelling units per gross acre as shown on E�ibit A; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission considered the potential environmental impacts of the
project and found they were not significant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
That after careful consideration of maps, facts, e�ibits, testimony and other evidence submitted
in this matter, the application for General Plan Amendment is hereby approved and the Land Use
Designation from 20-35 to 10-20 dwelling units per gross acre is hereby granted. The property
hence with shall be designated as Land Use designation 10-20 dwelling units per gross acre as
shown on Exhibit A.
That the subconclusions upon which the findings and conditions specified in this Resolution are
based and contained in the Public Hearing record concerning Application 2-GPA-95 as set forth
in the Minutes of the Planning Commission Meeting of August 14, 1995, and are incorporated by
reference as though fully set forth herein.
