RESOLUTION NO. 4620
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING AN ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVAL OF A MINOR CHANGE IN A PROJECT IN
ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 19.132 OF THE CUPERTINO MUNICIPAL CODE
SECTION I: FINDINGS
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino received an application for a Use Permit
Modification, as described on Page 1 of this Resolution; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has met the burden of proof required to support said application; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the application meets the following requirements:
a) The changes are minor and do not create any significant impacts;
b) Changes to the parking area and entry drive portal are required for safety reasons;
c) Additional landscaping and wooden siding are improvements to the approved plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
That after careful consideration of maps, facts, e�ibits, testimony and other evidence submitted in this
matter, the application for use permit is hereby recommended for approval, subject to the conditions
which are enumerated in this Resolution beginning on Page 2 thereof; and
That the subconclusions upon which the findings and conditions specified in this resolution are based
and contained in the public hearing record concerning Application 10-U-94 (Mod.) as set forth in the
Minutes of the Planning Commission Meeting of July 24, 1995, and are incorporated by reference
though fully set forth herein.

1. The recommendation of approval is based on the two-page architectural plan set dated July 10, 1995,
the one page site plan dated July 24, 1995, and the perspective dated July 10, 1995, as well as evidence
of visual blending of the base and upper floors prior to issuance of building permits, subject to staff
approval.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of July, 1995 at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission
of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the following roll call vote:
