Reso 4602 3-ASA-95 CITY OF CUPERTINO 10300 Torre Avenue Cupertino, California 95014 RESOLUTION NO. 4602 OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A SINGLE FAMILY HOME LOC ATED IN A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT ZONE SECTION I: PROJECT DESCRIPTION A�nlication 3-ASA-95 - Curtiss and Barbara Komen, 11218 Stauffer Lane � SECTION II: FINDINGS WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino received an application for architectural and site review of a single family home located in a planned development zone; ' WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the site development plan substantially conforms to the requirements of the City of Cupertino Residential Hillside Ordinance; WHEKEAS, the approval of the site development plan meets the requirements of Condition 16 of the Seven Springs Use Permit 9-U-83; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That after careful consideration of maps, facts, e�ibits, testimony and other evidence submitted in this matter, ► the single family home is hereby recommended for approval; and � That the subconclusions upon which the findings and conditions specified in this Resolution are based and � contained in the Public Hearing record concerning Application 3-ASA-95 as set forth in the Minutes of the ( Planning Commission Meeting of Apri124, 1995, and are incorporated by reference herein. I SECTION III• CONDITIONS ADMINISTERFD BY THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT i � 1. Annroved Exhibits: The approval is based on the plans pages 1, 3(dated 3/29/95) and 5, 6(dated 11/15/94), except as may be amended by the conditions contained herein. � 2. Flat Yard Area: The applicant shall reduce the amount of front and rear yard flat areas, excluding the driveway, to meet the 2000 sq. ft. requirements of the RHS ordinance to the greatest extent possible and to ! the satisfaction of the Cupertino Planning Department. � 3.
