Reso 4601 1-ASA-95 CITY OF CUPERTINO 10300 Torre Avenue Cupertino, California 95014 RESOLUTION NO. 4601 OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING AN AWNING ON AN EXIS BUIL DING. SECTION L• PROJECT DESCRIPTION Annlication 1-ASA-95 - E. Paul Duncan, 10215 - 10235 South DeAnza Boulevard. SECTION II: FINDINGS WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino received an application for an awning to be installed on an existing building, as described in this Resolution; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the awning will be directly beneficial to the business and will add architectural variety to the building. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That after careful consideration of maps, facts, e�ibits, testimony and other evidence submitted in this matter, the awning is hereby approved; and � That the subconclusions upon which the findings and conditions specified in this resolution are based and contained in the public hearing record concerning Application 1-ASA-95 as set forth in the Minutes of the , Planning Commission Meeting of April 24, 1995, and are incorporated by reference herein. � SECTION III• CONDITIONS ADMINISTERED BY THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT i � 1. Annroved Exhibits: � The approval is based on the building elevation dated April 1995 (1 sheet), except as may be amended by the conditions contained herein. ` 2. Conditions: The Petco awning approved in the above eachibit shall be approximately 49 1/2 feet long rather than the proposed � 42 feet long. All signs shall comply with the Section 17.24 of the Cupertino Municipal Code.
