OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A
� GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT TO CHANGE FROM
HIGH 2O-35 DU./ GR.AC. TO MEDIUM/HIGH 10-20 DU.GR.AC.

� SECTION I: FINDINGS
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino received an application for a General Plan
Amendment as described on this Resolution; and
WHEREAS, the necessary public notices have been given in accordance with the Procedural Ordinance of the City
� of Cupertino, and the Planning Commission has held a meeting to consider the granting of General Plan
� Amendment hearing; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission fmds that the subject General Plan Amendment:
1) Significant site constraints (easements) makes this site development too difficult to meet both the
General Plan density and parking requirements.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission considered the potential environmental impacts of the project and found they
were not significant.

� NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
� That after careful consideration of maps, facts, e�chibits, testimony and other evidence submitted in this matter, the
application for General Plan Amendment is hereby recommended for approval and effective after January 1, 1995.
� That the subconslusions upon which the fmdings and conditions specified in this Resolution are based and contained

� in the Public Hearing record concerning Application 3-GPA-94 as set forth in the Minutes of the Planning
' Commission Meeting of September 12, 1994, and are incorporated by reference as though fully set forth herein.
