Reso 4508 ' 2-GPA-93 CITY OF CUPERTINO ( 10300 Torre Avenue Cupertino, California 95014 RESOLUTION NO. 4508 OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF � THE DELETION OF GENERAL PLAN POLICY 2-38: HILLSIDE PARCEL CONSOLIDATION AND THE RESIDENTIAL ALLOCATION OF 5 UNITS FROM THE UNDESIGNATED RESIDENTIAL POOL SECTION I: FINDINGS WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino received an application for a General � Plan Amendment as described on this Resolution; and WHEREAS, the necessary public notices have been given in accordance with the Procedural Ordinance of the City of Cupertino, and the Planning Commission has held a meeting to consider the granting of General Plan Amendment hearing; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission considered the potential environmental impacts of the project and found they were not significant; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the subject General Plan Amendment: 1) Would maintain a consistent development pattern in areas developed with low-density single-family uses; 2) Would preserve a substantial property right for owners of existing, vacant hillside lots. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That after careful consideration of maps, facts, e�ibits, testimony and other evidence submitted in this matter, the application for General Plan Amendment is hereby recommended for approval; and That the subconclusions upon which the findings and conditions specified in this Resolution are based and contained in the Public Hearing record concerning Application 2-GPA-93 as set forth in the Minutes of the Planning Commission Meeting of February 14, 1994, and are incorporated by reference as though fully set forth herein.
