OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING ARCHITECTURAL
REVIEW TO MODIFY THE ELEVATIONS TO AN EXISTING STORE
SECTION I: PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Application 7-ASA-93 - SSOE. Inc. (Mervyn's� Requesting architectural review to modify the elevations to an
existing store. The project is located at 20730 Stevens Creek Boulevard.
SECTION II: FINDINGS
A. That the granting of this architectural modification is in keeping with City Codes;
B. That the granting of the exception will not result in a condition which is materially detrimental to the public
health, safety, or welfare; and
C. That the architectural modifications are in keeping with the architectural style of the shopping center.
