(Stevens Canyon Road) closest to the adjoinirx� keylot paroel are moving in
a northbowzd direction and when vehicles exit the keylot driveway the
drivers would be looking south and away frc�n the applicants parcel at
onccaning traffic. 'I'herefore the indentation is not required on the fence of
Parcel 357-4-11 for the safe vehicle exiting from Parcel 357-4-10.
