M�DIFICATION OF APPFIQVID DEVECOPN�r PIAN I In tt�e event that the applicant ar� subsequent p��operty owner shall desire to make ariy minor changes, alterati�s ar� amenchrent of the appraved development plan, a written request ar� revised develognent plan shall be sul�mitted to the Director of C�munity Devel�t. If the Director makes a fir�dirig that the char�ges are minor ar�d do not result in a material affect upoil the appearanoe ar� function of th�e project, said char�ges may be c�ertified on the revised plan. If app�ro�val of said charyges is withheld, the ap�licant may ap��eal to the Plannir�g Qan�mission. � If th�e Director fir�ds that the requested c�ar�ges are material, such changes shall be referred to th�e Plannir�g Oamtission for appraval.
