2. M�DIFICATION OF APPFIQVID DEVECOPN�r PIAN
I In tt�e event that the applicant ar� subsequent p��operty owner shall desire
to make ariy minor changes, alterati�s ar� amenchrent of the appraved
development plan, a written request ar� revised develognent plan shall be
sul�mitted to the Director of C�munity Devel�t. If the Director makes
a fir�dirig that the char�ges are minor ar�d do not result in a material affect
upoil the appearanoe ar� function of th�e project, said char�ges may be
c�ertified on the revised plan. If app�ro�val of said charyges is withheld,
the ap�licant may ap��eal to the Plannir�g Qan�mission.
� If th�e Director fir�ds that the requested c�ar�ges are material, such changes
shall be referred to th�e Plannir�g Oamtission for appraval. If the d�aryges
� are denied by the Plannir�g Cannission, the applicant may appeal to th�e City
r Council as pravicled in City Ordinanoe No. 652.
� If said chariges are approved by tt�e Planning C�amission, an appe.al may be
macle to the City �il by ariy irYterested party. �ther, arYy Member of
the City Co�uicil may request a hearing before the City C7o�uicil re�garding
said apprav+ed char�ges. Said request shall be made within ten (10) days
fran the date of appraval of said changes by th,e Plannir�g Coatumission.

The roofirig element shall be dark, non reflective material.
4. STAIl�IECZ/DOOR
The stairwoell is app�rwed with the exoeption that the e�t door shauld be
emerclenc-� use only. The door should be signed as e�rgency only and a
panic bar installed. 'I'he door glass shall be opaque. 'Ihe stai�ell oolors
should be painted the ��od siding color (G39-3, Little Calim�et).

The site w�orks notes shall be in oonformance with City Ca�uicil Action
Letter dated 12/19/90.
