i Wf�RFAS, the Planning Cotrnnission of the City of Cupextino has reoeived an
application for a Use Permit, as described on Page 2 of this Resolution; and

I W�IERE'AS, the applicant has met the burden of proof required to support said
application, and;
WI-�E2F,AS, the Planning Commission finds that the application meets the
follvwing rec�� i rements :
1) Based on the staff parking survey completed 10/4/91 - 10/13/91, the
10 ac�ditional parking spaces are not needed.
( 2) Due to the lack of ccmiplaints frcan C�ateau residents regarding the
r�eed for these spaces since the original �iplaint of February 1990,
ac�ditional parking spaces are not required.

That after careful c�onsideration of maps, facts, exhibits, testimoriy and other
evidence sul�nitted in this matter, the application for Use Permit is hereby
� r�ed for approval, subject to the conditions which are ernunerated in
this Resolution beginning on Page 2 thereof; and
