support this application, and has not satisfied the follvwing
requirennents :

1) 'Ihe floor area ratio is to hic�i for the size of the lot.
2) The pra��osed design of the haame i.s too boxy, the building is too
close to the street, the patio can be easily enclosed as
ca�rently designed ar�d the roof pitch is not appealing and makes
the height of the structure appear too hic�.
