ASAC review shall c�noentrate on the view shed of the retaining walls arid court as viewed froan adjoining praperties and streets. Said landscape plan shall be in � conformaix�e with the City of Cupertino Xeriscape C�.iidelines. The tennis court shall be green to blend into the hillside and be unobtrusive as viewed fran surra�u�ding properties . . � 3) Prior to issuanoe of the grading permit, the City Geologist shall review ar�d apprave the construction of the tennis crnzrt based upon the geologic ' data sulinitted or new geologic data required. If new geologic data is identified by the City Geologist, the City Attorney shall review the C.C.R.'s an�d existing deed to determine if this new geologic information is ► identified and contained within these doc�ments. If the information is not identified, the applicant shall rec�rd a new deed restriction notifying future property owners of the geologic findings.
