i Wf�RE'AS, the Plannirig Car►�nission of the City of Cupertino has received an
application for an exception, as described on Page of this Resolution; and
Wf�2EAS, the necessary public notices have been given in a�cordance with
the Procedural Ordinance of the City of Cup�rtino, and the Planning
C�nnission has held one or n�re Public Hearings on this matter; and
�
WI�2FAS, the applicant has failed to meet the burden of proof required to
i s�port said application, and has not satisfied the following
rec�� i rements :
1) The purpose of requiring street dedication is to provide adequate
roadway width for acceptable and safe vehicular and pedestrian
access ar�cl travel.
2) The project does not meet any of the exception findings in the
Cupextino Municipal Code, Sec,'tion 14.04.230.
