this Resolution; and

subdivision at�d Procedural Ordinances of the City of Cupertino, and the
Planning Co�miission has held at least one Public Hearing in regard to the
application; and
Wf�REAS, the Planning Ccernnission finds that:

Proposed lot size does not meet that minim�mt.
