l W�S, the Planning Cca�nnission of the City of Ctipertino received an
� application for a Use Permit, as described on Page 2 of this Resolution;
and
W�S, the applicant has met the burden of proof required to support

said application.; and
WT�2FAS, the Planning C�unission finds that the application meets the
following requirements:
a) That the proposed screening method will adequately hinder views
from the Stiibstation Operation building to the adjoinirig
� residential properties East.
I b) The future use of inetal screening shall be discouraged and a
natural (landscape) method applied.

That after careful consideration of maps, facts, exhibits, testimony and
other evidence su�eiiitted in this matter, the application for Use Permit is
hereby re�ed for approval, subject to the oonditions which are
� ernmierated in this Resolution beginning on Page 2 thereof; and
� That the subconsciousness upon which the findings and conditions specified
� in this Resolution are based and contained in the Public Hearing reoord
concerning Application 25-U-90 Revised as set forth in the Minutes of the
� Planning CdrYUnission Meeting of May 13, 1991, and are incorporated by
� reference as though fully set forth herein.

l. APP'ROVID EXHIBITS
The reco�rnmendation of appraval is based on �ibit Plans A1, dated
3/6/91, A4(s) detail 15, clated 3/27/91, material board dated 11/19/90,
except as may be amended by the Conditions contained in this
Resolution.
2. MODIFICATION OF C�ONDITION
I Condition No. 10, of Use Permit 25-U-90, approved January 28, 1991, is
hereby amended as follcJws: "New plantirig should be directed along the
east property line to prohi.bit views from the easterly residences into
the site. The planting shall be located east of the substation
� buildirig in an area represented by a line drawn 45 degress from the
northeast and southeast corners of the substation operations building
to the east boundary line. The remainder of the condition shall
continue to remain in effect and unchanged.
3. IAADING
No loading of materials onto trailers shall occur along the South side
of the Stiibstation Operations building.
