In the ev�e,rYt that th�e applicant ar� subsequent property vwner shall
d�sire to make arYy mirior changes, alterations ar� amer�ment of the
apprav+ed develvpment plan, a written request or revised devel�lt
plan shall be suhnitted to the Director of Planning and Develo�nerYt.
If the Direc.�tor malce.s a fir�dir�g that the c�anges are minor ar�d do not
result in a material affect upon the appearanoe or function of the
p�oject, said c,hariges may be oertified oan the revised plan. If
approval of said changes is withheld, th,e applicant may ap�eal to the
Planning C7�nnission.
If the Director fitxls that the requested changes are material, such
changes shall be referred to the Planning Cc�nission for approval. If
the chariges are denied by th,e Planning C�amission, the applicant may
appeal to the City �il as pravided in City Ordinanoe No. 652.

This Use Fermit authorizes a first story addition of 1,062 sq.ft.,
oontainirrg 4 bedroams aryd 4 bathroo�ns. ZYve Use P�ermit does not
authorize an inGrease in the previausly approved 12 tenants.
