WI�E2EAS, the Planning C�rnmission of the City of Cupertino has received an
� application for a change of zone or prezoning, as de�scribed on Page 2 of
this Resolution; and
WI�ERRE'AS, the necessary public notices have been given in ac�ordance with
the Procedural Ordinance of the City of Cupertino, and the Planning
� Co�nnission has held one or more Public Hearings on the subject
application; and
Tn1��E2E'AS, the Planning Crntunission finds as follows with respec..�t to the
� subject prezone action:
1) That said Prezoning benefits the property and im�rovements in the
zoning district and neighborhood in which the property is located
by bring the zoning classification in conformance with the
existirig use.
2) 'I�at said Prezoning encourages adequate infrastructure to support
the e�stirig use, and enhances fire safety through provision of
i an interior sprinkl.er system.
� 3) That follvwing annexation, any future expansion of the existing
use, or any redevelopment of the site will be subject to separate
I Use Permit revi�w. No such entitlements are granted or assured
under the subject Prezoning action.

in this Resolution are based upon are contained in the Public Hearing
record concexning Application 1-Z-91 as set forth in the Minutes of the

reference as though fully set forth herein.
