Condition 1 of Use Permit 11-U-90 is hereby reco7rnnended to be amexided as follaws: 1. S"rREE,'I' Il�ROVII�RIIVTS Street widening, improvements and dedications shall be provided in accordance with City Standards and specifications and as required by the City Engineer. Said improvement shall include modification of the Mariani Avenue/DeAnza intersection. East approach im�rovements shall be implem�alted concurrently with the first phase of project construction. South approach improvements shall be im�lemented as directed by the City. To ensure completion of said south approach improvements, the developer shall provide a Letter of Credit in the amount of $130,000 valid for a period of seven years from the effective date of the use pe.rmit . Prior to issuance of building permits for construction of all or any portion of the approved development, the developer shall provide f�� �¢/¢���/�/�r,���¢�t/��/¢�`�1��t�/��/¢�¢�` suitable financial �j�-�i�i�t� �� security for widening of the DeAnza Boulevard bridge over Route 2so. Said maxim�nn develotner contribution shall be increased yuarterly based on the conswner price inde� for the San �ancisco Bay Area rec�ion until the time that bid doc�unents for construction are circulated.
