4. Amend Sec.rtion 19.25.100 (record of non-c�onforming uses) to exempt
I residential facilities fresn being listed except for properties in the
Multi-family Residential Zoning District (R-3).
5. Amend the Multi-family Residential (R-3) (Sec.-tion 19.08) to require
that a corx�eeptual developament plan be required. The text wording shall
( be as existing in Ordinanoe No. 779 (January 3, 1977), Sec.�tion 5&
Sec.�tion 12.
6. Delete fr�n 19.07.030 (D) - D�lex (R-2) as a permitted use
"Horticulture, gardening, and growing of food products for oonstnrq�tion
by oocupants of the site."
. 7. Amerid 19.07.030 (E) - Duplex (R-2) making "Small family day care homes
in each unit" as a conditional use issued }� the Director of Grnmnunity

8. Amen�d Sec,�tion 19.07.070 (D), rear yard setback to allow a ten foot
rear setback if the rear yard area is equal to 20 times the lot width
