The granting of the Variance will allaw the preservation of the petitioners pra�rty rights . d) As viewed fro�n the C�nity Center the addition will appear consistent with the original building lines. e) There are exoeptional circ�unstanoes applying to the existing buildirig that does not apply generally to other similiar homes in the same district. The tract of hcanes has a mauch larger second story than norntially oonstructed durir�g the 1970's in this caa�nnunity.
