Wf�, the Plannit�g Coa�anission of the City of G�pertino reoeived an
application for a archit.ectural modifications, as desc,ribed on this Resolution;

WF�RFAS, the applicant has met the burden of proof required to support said
application.; and
WI�2FAS, the Planning Caatnnission finds that the application meets the
following requirements:
1) The architectural c�ariges are significant. Howoeever, the design is within
the setback and floor area ratio parameters established by the City Ca�ulcil
Action letter dated August 19, 1991.
' 2) The archit�ectural modifications are consistent with the overall kuilding
architectural theme.

evidenoe sukmitted in this matter, the application for Use Permit Modification
is hereby appraved.

Application 6 U 91 as set forth in the Minutes of the Plannirig Cw�nnission
