OF THE PLANNING COMMISION OF 'TI� CITY OF CUPERTIIJO RECONIlVIENDING THAT THE
CTTY COUNCIL CERTIFY THAT 'THE ENVIRONMENTAL IlVIPACT REPORT (STATE
CLEARINGHOUSE NUMBER 91033064) FOR THE COMPREHENSIVE GENERAL PLAN
AMENDMENT 3-GPA-90 IS COMPLETE AND IN COMPLIANCE WITH TI� CALIFO1tNIA
� ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT.
I WHEREAS, The Planning Commission has reviewed the Environmental Impact Report (EIR) to consider
the potential significant impacts that the Comprehensive General Plan Amendment may have on the
environment; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held public hearings and considered the comments from
citizens, and from representatives from other public agencies and other interested groups on the EIR; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the responses to comments made at the public
� hearings and the review period; and
� WHEREAS, The Planning Commission exercised its independent judgment while considering the
� information contained in the EIR prior to reaching a decision to approve said comprehensive General Plan
Amendment; and
NOW, 'THEREFORE, The Planning Commission recommends that the City Council certify the
Environmental Impact Report to be adequate and complete and in compliance with the California
I Environmental Quality Act and the CEQA Guidelines.
PASSED AND ADOPT'ED this 18th day of May, 1993, at a regulaz meeting of the Planning Commission
of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the following roll call vote:
