SECI'ION 1• FINDINGS
WHERFAS, the Planning Cc�rYUmission of the City of Cupextino has received an
application for interpretation of Condition 21 of Use Permit 19-U-90; and
WI�RF',A.S, the necessary public notices have been given in acxordance with
the Procedural Ordinance of the City of Cupertino, and the Planning
Carmnission has held one or more Public Hearings on the subject
application; and
NOW, 'I�EFbRE, BE IT R�SOLUID:
That after careful consideration of maps, facts, e.xhibits, testimony and
other evidence sukanitted in this matter, the application is hereby
recanmiended for approval; and
S�CI'ION 2• cONDITIONS•
1. The spandral glass or other material approved by the Director of
Catmnunity Developanent is approved for a portion of the south
elevation, consisting of 30 linear feet, along the south wall of the
receiving area, excluding the office and 19 linear feet, along the
east wall adjoining the bathroo�n.s, as shatim circled on the floor plan
-�hibit A dated October 30, 1990.
2. 'The display panels as shawn on the East, South & West elevations are
not approved.
