reservation of a large si.ngle user spaoe to facilitate rearuitm�:nt of
a maj or retail tenant) are oonsistent wi.th the obj ectives def ined in
• the City Council's F2esolution 7506.
2) In accordarx�e with Chapt�s 20.28.030 of the GL�ertino Municipal
corioerriir�g the regulation of Develv�snent Agrec�c�ent said Develop�ent
is hereby fau�d to be consistent with the City of Cvpertino
G�eneral Plan
3) In a000rdanoe with Chap'ter 20. 24 . 030 of the Gvpeztirio Municipal
concernit�g the regulation of Develognent Agrnemerits, said Develop�nent
Agreement is herevy fauxi to be oca�atible with the use authorized in
and the regulations prescribed for the Plaivzed Develvpmer�t zoning
district in which the real prop�ty is located.
4) The Develo�nt Agree�c�xit is in oonfornnity with, ar�d will pro�mte the
public corivenience, ger�ral welfare ar�d good lar�d use practice.
