SDGTION I: FINDINGS
The Planning CoaYUnission fir�ds that delay of laridsaaping improvements in
the corner park parcel, as required in Condition 3 of the City Clexk's
letter of July 17, 1987, is in the public interest in that the final
design may be inflwx�ed by pending deliberations on amendment of the
General Plan to enhanoe cwrnmounity identity.

SF7CTION II: C�ONDITIONS
� Said Condition 3 is hereby a�metxled as follows:

! The development agreements shall obligate the developex to install all
of the oorner park aryd adjacent roadway improvem�nts within ��i¢/��
eighteen months of initial ooc�zpancy of the office buildings if
oonstruction has not beg�uz on the hotel building.
