SECTION 1• FINDINGS
� w�S, the Planning Cartunission of the City of C1�pertino has received an
application for a change of zone or prezoning, as described on Page 2 of
this Resolution; and
WHEREAS, the necessazy public notices have been given in accordance with
the Procedural 4rdinance of the City of Clipertino, and the Plannir�g
Comnission has held one or more Public Hearings on the subject
application; and

( wl�RFAS, the Planning Co�rnn.ission finds that the subject charige of zone or
prezone meets the follcxairig requirements:
` 1) Encourages the most appropriate use of land _
( 2) Conserves and stabilizes the value of property.
3) Provides for adequate access to light and air.
4) Permits adequate control of fires.
1 5) Protects public health, safety and welfare. .
� 6) Promotes the orderly development of the City.
7) Benef its the property and i�ravements in the zonirig district and
neighborhood in which the property is located.

That after careful consideration of maps, facts, �hi.bits, testimony and
other evidence sukxnitted in this matter, the application for C�,ange of
zone or prezone is hereby rec�unerxied for appraval; and

That the subconclusions upon which the findings and conditions specified
in this Resolution are based upon are contained in the Public Hearing
record concerning Application 5-Z-90 as set forth in the Minutes of the
Planning Co�nission meeting of May 14, 1990, and are incorporated by
reference as though fully set forth herein.
