N(7W, ZHII2EF+ORE, BE IT RF50LUID: That after careful consideration of facts, e�ibits, testimony and other evide.rx:e sulsnitted in this matter, the Cannnission makes the follawing , findirigs: 1) The proposed execption clause to allow replacement of legal non-conforming dwelling units in conventional residential zones ( destroyed by inwluntary action, crn�lies substantially with direction given by the City Cauncil on Decexnber 4, 1990. 2) The proposed execption clause will be added to each respective coriventional residential 2one as described in �ibit attached hereto and made part thereof. BE IT FUKI� RESOLUED: That the subconclusions upon which the findings and conditions specified in this Re��olution are based upon are oontained in the Public Hearirig reoord conoerning Application 81,004.211 as set forth in the Minutes of the Planning Cc�nunission meeting of April 9, 1990, and are incorporated by refere,zx;e as though fully set forth herein.
