to property ar�d i�rovements in the neic�borhood of the site
affect.ed by the application.
5) The original use permit requires seooa�d story setback dimensions
to vcn�ly with R-1 Ordinai� standards. The applicant has not
d�nstrated the ocn�elling rea.sw�s to deviate frcan R-1 setback
stand�ards oa� this site.
