Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 15. That approval is granted based upon Exhibit A, 15-TM-73. 16. Upon 90 days written notice given by the City, the developer shall agree to participate in a local improvement district and enter into an agreement with the City to insure participation, said participation shall be for any future loc�al improvement district that would improve the access from the Measurex site along Imperial Avenue northerly to Stevens Creek Blvd. provided that a local improvement district is deemed necessary by the City. 17. The applicant shall agree to participate in a future agreement as required by the City to provide for work shift movements and considera- tion of car pooling to alleviate traff ic problems. 18.
