RECOMMENDING the approval of a tentative map to
remove and relocate parcel lines on a 17.187 acre parcel.

CONDITIONS AND FURTHER FINDINGS:
1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the
special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does
exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply.
15. That approval is granted based upon Exhibit A, 15-TM-73.
16. Upon 90 days written notice given by the City, the developer shall
agree to participate in a local improvement district and enter into
an agreement with the City to insure participation, said participation
shall be for any future loc�al improvement district that would improve
the access from the Measurex site along Imperial Avenue northerly to
Stevens Creek Blvd. provided that a local improvement district is
deemed necessary by the City.
17. The applicant shall agree to participate in a future agreement as
required by the City to provide for work shift movements and considera-
tion of car pooling to alleviate traff ic problems.
18. That the applicant shall dedicate the development rights to Parcel 3
to the City of Cupertino and shall landscape said parcel as approved
by the Architectural and Site Approval Committee and shall enter into
an agreement with the City to provide for future maintenance of said
Parcel 3.
