Ha11) ADDRESS: 1627 Hollenbeck Road, Sunnyvale SUBMITTED: September 14, 1973 LOCATION: Generally within the southwest quadrant of the intersection of Rodrigues Ave. and So. Blaney Ave. ZONE: R1-10 (Residential, single-family, 10,000 sq. ft. per dwelling unit) ACREAGE: 1.32 acres ----=-------------------------------------------------------------------------- CONDITIONS AND FURTHER FINDINGS: 1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conf lict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enu�merated herein shall apply. 15. The approval is granted based upon Exhibi� A of 14-TM-73. In that � regard, it is assumed that the existing buildings located on the tentative map are substantially located in the area designated on � the map so as not to deviate from City setback requirements for a single-family residence. 16. Al1 mature trees shail be retained on the site with the exception that existing orchard trees within approved building pads on Parcels 1 and 2 can be removed subject to the approval of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee. � 17. Parce.l 3 shall not be divide3 in a manner which wil� not provide direct access to a public street for each designated parcel within the development.
