Standard Conditions. 15. That approval is granted based upon Exhibit A, 11-TM-73. � 16. The applicant shall bear proportional share, as deter�r�ined by the City, of the cost of providing signalization at the entrance to . the property at Pruneridbe Avenue midway between Wolfe Road and Tantau A��enue. Such signal shall be installed at such time as warranted by the City of Cupertino. Design of driveway approaches and traffic control devi.ces shall be subject to the approval of the City Engineer. 17. Upon ninety (90) days wri.tten notice given by the City, the developer shall agree to participate in a local improvement disi.rict and enter into an agreement with the City to insure participation, provided that such a local inprovement district is required to provide such improve- ments. The improvements shall be in accordance with the traffic circula- tion element of the General.
