Reso 1199 � • � 26-U-69 � RESOLUTION N0. 1199 (Minute Order) OF THE PLANNING CO:�LtiIISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO TO THE ARCHITECTURAL r11ti'D SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE CONCERNING DEVELOPMENT AIVD APPROVAL OF PLANS FOR ' THE OAKS.SHOPPIIvG CENTER. The Planning Commission at its meeting of August 27, 1973, approved a use permit for the construction of three theaters within the Oaks Shopping Center located at the intersection of Mary Avenue and Stevens Creek Boulevard. � ' The Commission takes this opportunity to express to the Architectural � and Site Approval Committee its concern relative to future signing of the project and suggests that when considering signs that consideration be given to adjoining developments such as De Anza College in determining the type of signing appropriate for the subject shopping center. In addition, the Commission further suggests that the Architectural and Site Approval Committee give consideration to appropriate bicycle parking facilities within the project and suggests that a network of bicycle pathways be provided as a part of the project in a manner that would separate them from vehicular roadways.
