15. The off--si.te parking lot shall be improved as per the requirements
of the City Engineer. The lot shall be land.scaped as approved b5*
the tlrchitectural and Site Approval Committee, .
16. At such tine as the PJ_anning Commission and City Council determines
that park�_ng becomes a problem, the Planning Commission and City
� Council shall initiate a hearing to review the parking need which
may require the consideration of additional on-site parking. Plans
for said construction of the multi-story parking facility shall be
submitted and reviewed by the Planning Comniission, Architectural and
Site Approval Committee and approved by City Council prior to issuance
of an occupancy permit for t:�e first phase of the hotel facility.
During the period of construction of the parking structure, additional
temporary parking spaces shall be provided on the westerly side of
Wolf e Road.
17. The use permit, as amended, is granted for the land as described in
the application and any attachments thereto and as shown on the plot
. plan submitted labeled Exhibit A, 7th Revision of 6-U-71 First Phase.
18. The applicant st►a11 bear a proportional stiare,�as determined by the
, City, of the cost of providing signalization at the entrance to the
property and Pruneridge Avenue midway between W�lfe Road and Tantau
Avenue. Said signal shall be installed at such time as warranted by
the City of Cupertino. Design of drive�aay approaches and traffic
control de��ices shall be subjecC to the approval of the City Engineer.
19. Provision shall be made for left turn access to the main entrance of
the hotel complex froM Pruiieridge Avenue in a manner acceptable to
the Director of Public W�rks prior,to the finay determination of *_he
• modification request by the City Council.
