The applicant st►a11 bear a proportional stiare,�as determined by the , City, of the cost of providing signalization at the entrance to the property and Pruneridge Avenue midway between W�lfe Road and Tantau Avenue. Said signal shall be installed at such time as warranted by the City of Cupertino.
