The applicant shall dedicate and construct the east/west street from Wolf e Road to future Finch Avenue and modify the existing traff ic signal at Wolf e Raod and said east/west street as required to provide full intersection control including southbound to eastbound left-turn pocket, length of which is to be determined by City Traff ic Engineer. 18. The typical street section denoted on Exhibit A lst Revision is not approved.
