CONDITIONS AND FURTHER FINDINGS: '
1 Standard Conditions.
15. Vallco Park and Santa Clara County Flood Control and Water District
shall enter into a mutually satisfactory agreement for the future �
disposition of Calabazas Creek prior to recordation of final map.
16. Reservation for possible future freeway widening shall be shown on the
final map to be recorded.
17. The applicant shall dedicate and construct the east/west street from
Wolf e Road to future Finch Avenue and modify the existing traff ic
signal at Wolf e Raod and said east/west street as required to provide
full intersection control including southbound to eastbound left-turn
pocket, length of which is to be determined by City Traff ic Engineer.
18. The typical street section denoted on Exhibit A lst Revision is not
approved. The applicant shall agree to construct a landscaped� median
strip as approved by the City, if in the,opinion of the City, said
landscape median is feasible and practical in terms of its potential
conflict with left turn movements into adjoining building'sites. .
