1-14. Standard Conditions
15. Street improvements to be constructed under conclitions of approval
of 14-TM-69 on this property have not been completed as of this date.
Occupancy shall not be al.lowed until these improvements are completed.
16. The use permit is granted for the land as described in the application
• and any attachments thereto and as shown on the plot plan submitted
labeled Exhibit A. �
17. Location of all buildings, fences, roadways, parking areas, landscaping
and other facilities or features shall be located substantially as shown
on the plot plan labeled F.xhibit A, lst Revision, except or unless
indicated otherwise herein.
18. Landscaping and fencing plans ensuring privacy to existing residents
shall be reviewed before the Architectural and Site Approval Committee.
19. No phonographs, radios,.public address or paging systems, powered
megaghones, bells, buzzers or similar noisemaking devices including
musical groups will be permitted at any time outside the building.
20. Approval is granted for a maximum attendance capacity of 50 elementary
students and 85 preschool children or a lesser number as may be deter-
mined by an appropriate State licensing.agency.

RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO GRANTING
A USE PEIZMIT
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino received an
application for a USE PERMIT, as stated on Page 2; and •
WHEREAS, the applicant has met the burden of proof required to support
said application; and
WY.EREA�, the Planning Commission finds that the application meets the
following requirements:
a. Encourages the most appropriate use of land,
b. Conserves and stabilizes the value of property.
� c. Provides for adPquate open spaces for light and air,
d. Permits adequate control of fires, .
e. Promotes the healCh, safety and public welfare,
f. Provides for the orderly development of the City, and
g. Is advantageous to the property and improvements in the zoning
district and neighborhood in which the property is located; '
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RES�LVED:
That after careful consideration of maps, facts, exhibits and other
evidence submitted in this marter, the application of the USE PERMIT be,
and �he same is hereby granted, subject to the conditions stated on
Page 2; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
That the aforementioned findings be approved and adopted, arid that the
Secretary be, and is hereby directed to notify the parties affected by
this decision.
